When building a new query it is very diffucly to find the tabs you are looking for. It would be great if you could search this such as 'Email' and it brings up the options to choose from.

Return to work questions are not relevant to each sickness and the company therefore the admins should be able to change it accordingly to the particular sickness and/or the company. Those questions, set via the peopleHR are not great.

With the new employment law the right to swich off, the managers shouldn't be receiving any work related emails on Sunday afternoon, if they work Monday to Friday. It should be moved to Monday morning.

Currently you have to save a query before running it. Not all queries are needed again so we have to save the query then periodically go through and delete queries we don't want to keep. Not having to save will save us time and keep our query list...
