Would it be possible to add a function that enables Admin users to archive historic/old/spent performance reviews?

100% this! I try to keep everything tidy but it's so hard to keep track of.
Yes please! It drives me crazy despite how many times I have requested for old reviews that weren't even created by us to be deleted (e.g. templates created by Access group that we never asked for) they keeping popping up in the drop box. Every time I raise this I get a generic "once a review has been created you don't want it to be deleted in case people have used it" to be clear no one has used it, we didn't ask for it yet we are unable to delete it.
