Return to work questions are not relevant to each sickness and the company therefore the admins should be able to change it accordingly to the particular sickness and/or the company. Those questions, set via the peopleHR are not great.
| Describe the Challenge | We can gain more information and identify whether there are any underlying conditions or this was just an ood sick leave |
We have also created a logbook to capture the full return to work interview questions and information but a lot of the managers (despite training) still miss this process because it you have to go into a separate section of the employee record, it is so disjointed and requires a lot of manual cross referencing it is almost unmanageable to track if a return to work has been done or just 'ticked off'. If the actual return to work section was customisable and all within the same section it would be so much better rather than the current 'work around' we have.
Hi all - we created a log book for this to capture more information. Maybe you could look at doing this in the interim?
Plus the ability to turn off the notifications that it still needs completing when we have attached our own RTW form
This is so important because we need to capture more information than is shown already in the system and we are essentially duplicating work for managers and overcomplicating the process. This idea was created in July 2025, how many votes does an idea need or how long does it need to be up before it is investigated?
Absolutely!!!!!!
completely agree, log books work but why do we have to make work arounds the system should be customisable
We have set up our own log book to do the return to work interview which makes extra steps in the process. It would be much better if we could tailor the PeopleHR process to suit us
