At the moment if you have more than one People window open you get kicked out of the other. Sometimes it would be really useful to have two different views open at the same time. for example the Company planner for overview and an employee's planner which has more detail - notes/ other even type etc. This would be useful for managers and people with edit access rights, not just admin.
