I'm trying to go through all the employees whose status is Unpayable but i'm literally having to scroll through the entire employee list to go back to where I was. If I chose to filter on unpayable as soon as i click into the employee and then come out its back to all employees again. its the same with the other filters, leavers for example. I spend more time using my mouse to scroll down the list, which i also have to minimise to about 6 font to be able to move down i'm literally getting repetitive strain injury. Come on PeopleHR get this sorted, it happens everywhere across the system so frustrating

I have found that if I set up a query then I can use this but for Unpayable I have no idea in which area that is in the query section. to have a search function in the query filters would be amazing - again its scrolling up and down to find fields you want
