Employee Performance Module - Full list of employees shown for managers to see

Currently, if severalemployees, this does not show for the manager and they have use search function. I have 4 employees and show in a nice list. Other Managers with 10+ have to use the search function or use the numbered buttons at the bottom to find them, not ideal.
