Remove the Folder Grouping of Documents

Grouping the documents in the folder view is one of the worst changes Access Group has done since taking over People HR. Now is so difficult to access quickly a document if needed as it was before in order of the date you uploaded the document.

TOIL - This should be an OPTION only. Not all organisations have a TOIL policy

This should be an option to turn on or off. Not all organisations have a formal TOIL policy, this is now there for all to see, this could pose internal issues.

Admin to be able to 'view as' (employee or manager view)

We would be more efficient in our support to our organisation if we could switch to view with different permissions. This could either be 'view as _specific name_' or generally as a manager or employee.

Allow TOIL features to be hidden for employees

We would like the TOIL features to only be viewable to admin employees. The idea being that we aren't highlighting TOIL as a a policy outside of extenuating circumstances.

Be able to filter leave for this year and next year on the authorisations list

Be able to filter this or it show in a different colour so that managers can easily see and prioritise authorising annual leave for this year rather than next year.

Add further API capabilities

It would be extremely helpful to increase the API capabilities to enhance the possible integrations. For example, adding the ability to add emergency contacts and bank details via API would be very helpful.
