Department at a point in time to appear on reports
When looking at backdated headcount reports, it shows the department an employee currently works in and not the department they worked in at the time, which means you can't get the correct headcount per department.

The status of 360 requests to be searchable through Queries, to enable monitoring of responses.

Make admin the only users who can delete documents and logbook entries
Currently if a document is uploaded to an employee's profile or a logbook is added this can easily be deleted. This doesn't serve any real purpose if employees can delete their own records so easily.

A URL is provided in the expense line receipt query field for all receipts that are photos. Where an employee uploads a PDF, no URL is provided in this field, hence you cannot easily view the pdf.
