In the list of notifications a tick box (or date box) to be added for each notification to indicate that it has been acknowledged and actioned appropriately so if I complete something following a notification, my fellow administrators can see this...

In the notifications list the employee name is highlighted in blue. If this could be a link directly to the employees record this would be useful.
