Turn off assignment request emails whilst maintaining the approval requirement.

Given mangers can't approve/decline from the email they don't need the specific email prompt for every project- just the weekly summary to remind them to go to approvals.

Sick Pay Rule

Different employees have different paid sick day rules as per their contracts of employment, it would be very beneficial to have these aligned with planners so that we can easily see if the sick leave is to be paid fully or SSP.

Redirect approvals when manager on maternity leave

Currently having to amend the reporting lines of team members when their manager goes on mat leave, however this has a knock on effect on org charts. Those on mat leave are still the manager and shouldn't be effectively "wiped off" the org charts....
