I would like to block book holiday for christmas shutdown (3 days) from employee allowance. Without having to do it manually for each employee.

Christmas and New year is a mandatory company wide shut down, and I need to deduct this holiday from employees allocation.

Make admin the only users who can delete documents and logbook entries

Currently if a document is uploaded to an employee's profile or a logbook is added this can easily be deleted. This doesn't serve any real purpose if employees can delete their own records so easily.

Ability to restrict access to individual Performance reviews in the Performance module for those who have admin access restricting the admin user the ability to view the performance reviews of their HR colleagues.
