Admin to be able to 'view as' (employee or manager view)

We would be more efficient in our support to our organisation if we could switch to view with different permissions. This could either be 'view as _specific name_' or generally as a manager or employee.

Fit note end date to be added to 'options' tab when logging sickness so that a reminder can be set up

There is currently no way to have a reminder for a fit note end date unless 'workaround' options are used. The 'fit note received' field seems unnecessary and would be of more benefit if this could be changed to 'fit note end date' for the purpose...

Why we are unable to change the email messages that are sent to employees as notifications for the performance module?

I appreciate this is an automatic email however, the wording is incorrect. It states that no action is required at this stage, but they are required to log in and complete their part therefore, action is required.
