Fields for ethnicity reporting

There is more and more in the press about the potential need to report on the ethnicity pay gap. I would like assurance that PHR have it on their road map to add relevant fields so that we can report in line with the government requirements. I don't know that we have been advised on split of reporting, but would imagine that it will mirror the census categories.

As a customer I don't feel it will be adequate to suggest that we adopt the analysis field or the logbook to create what will be a statutory requirement
