It would be really beneficial for pending employees to be hidden until the day they start the company. Currently they are visible to all other employees as soon as they are added to the system which is not ideal - particularly if they have not been announced or they want to keep their move to another company confidential until they start.

Completely agree, we issue contracts via PHR in advance and it caused us a massive issue last year, especially when people are coming from a competitor.
Agree wholeheartedly. We create a new employee for the purposes of issuing an Employment Contract - but until that contract has been signed then I do not rteally want anyone to see the employee.
Totally Agree, I asked how to hide someone over 12 months ago as had a confidentiality problem.
