Is it at all possible that when creating a Ripple it pops out to another screen. It is really frustrating having to jump between the Ripple page and the Query when its being created.

Please take off the 'must upload CV' when creating vacancies. It caused confusion. Please also can we reword the 'turn on' and 'turn off' to 'yes' or 'no' with a switch button for more intuitive understanding of the function?

Please can we make the dashboard able to be customised, we would like to add short cut links and visually show certain things that are of use to us and not generic stuff we have no interest in.

It might be good to be able to view tasks completed but the default position should be outstanding tasks.

It would be great if you can amend notifications such as the daily recap email so it doesn't send you recaps on the weekend. Currently the weekend notifications serve no purpose and just get deleted.
