Please can we make the dashboard able to be customised, we would like to add short cut links and visually show certain things that are of use to us and not generic stuff we have no interest in.

Agree. In the new 'My Dashboard' an employee should also be able to add the employee performance app so 1:1s and check-in are also in that dashboard and not just the objectives and check-in element (Seems half-hearted to not include it all in the my dashboard view)
Agree, it would be great to be able to see at a glance if we have any outstanding authorisations to approve (holidays and expenses) as the only notification of this is via email.
I'd love to see a reminder panel for upcoming probations, birthdays and work anniversaries as well
