Allow all performance data to pull through query (currently admin user's data won't pull through when they run the query)

At the moment as an admin user if I want to run a query on all employee's performance review data it excludes my data. Therefore not giving a full company report. A user can access this data in performance tab anyway so no reason it shouldn't be on a query.

Describe the Challenge

It causes manual work and no reason the data should be excluded.
