When a someone receives an email notification (e.g. employee completes performance review or a logbook is submitted for approval) it would be great to include a hyperlink to the exact section within Access People HR rather than just the main login...
We would like to have the option of reflecting sickness days over a 12 month rolling basis rather than by calendar year which isn't usable in line with UK legislation or general best practise in the UK.

Allow managers to have access to emergency contacts without sharing the rest of the 'contacts' page
Managers cannot view the emergency contacts without having access to the whole 'contacts' page of an employee record, which includes bank details and sensitive information. We want to only share the emergency contacts section with our managers but...

It would be very helpful to record sickness in hours rather than only in full days, half days, or quarter days. Our company’s sick leave policy is set in hours per year, so it’s difficult to track accurately otherwise
