Performance Management: remove indirect reports

Please can you remove INDIRECT reports being visible to ALL higher line managers. We feel that only line managers should be able to see their own direct employees check ins, goals, comments etc. There is often sensitive information recorded during check ins that the employee is comfortable with the manager seeing, but not further managers and directors etc. (hierarchal structure)

Completely agree. We would like to keep the performance reviews confidential between employee and direct manager. Employees need to be able to share personal topics and input any personal challenges / weaknesses. They might be less inclined to be honest when top management is reviewing as well.
