The interface for creating document templates is very difficult, the preview often fails and the finished document looks nothing like the document you have created. It also seems to be impossible to add a watermark unless you can edit in HMTL directly. The fonts do not match those most used in word. It would be great if you could edit on a word processor and use the standard fields and just upload the document without having to "clean" it up first.

I would say that the document features in PHR are not fit for purpose and create work rather than saving time. For the feature to be useful it would be more than helpful if the functionality mirrored word, WYSIWYG, headers and footers etc. We would love to be able to put all our document template into PHR, but it would be time heavy rather than time saving
