Queries: Please add 'yesterday' as a date filter and 'Not' as a conditional option
This would allow us to make better reports and ripples. One example is that I was trying to send out a ripple to anyone who didn't have a timesheet entry for yesterday but couldn't find a way to do this with the available filters.

I would like to be able to change the date range on the impact information and reduce it, specifically - Holidays or Other Leave If it is not possible to be able to select our own time frame then at least more options, e.g. 1 day, 3 days, 7 days.

When an employee received a thanks, currently they are the only ones who receive notifications of this. I would like all employees to see the Thanks. I know they can see it if they go loking for it but a notification would be better
