Employee personal data

New employees are required to enter their own personal data prior to joining to make the onboarding process efficient. There are 3 fields that are greyed out and so the employee cannot update them: date of birth, national insurance number and title. This is basic personal information that the employee shopuld be able to submit. I would like these fields to be editable by the employee.

    Hello There,

    I appreciate the request to allow employees upload their own data and delighted it has launched, however it only recognizes UK NI numbers and UK Postcodes for the address.

    Can you open these up for other countries please as we also use the system for our team based in ROI and the Netherlands.

    Also for gender can you please add "female" "male" or "other" instead of "not specified" please and thank you
