It would be helpful to have a quick view of the calculation that makes up an employee's Bradford Factor score, rather than having to review the 12 month period, often crossing two calendar years; which is time consuming and changes daily. Suggest it is visible by employee, manager and admin, no reason to restrict the access as all can view the individual absences already.
