Integrate the scorecard with applicant's answers

We have just started using the ATS and find it incredibly clunky when trying to use the scorecard for applications. We have over 110 applications for one role and have been told that there is no way to look at each applicant's responses, score them then move on to the next applicant to do the same and so on. The solution is apparently to run a hotsheet query, output this in excel, open that in a separate window, then go through each candidate's answers and score them. This is madness, the system quite simply hasn't been set up for what it's supposed to do.
