As a business we finish early on a Friday, meaning we show our holiday entitlement in hours for the year, so that when a Friday is booked, it takes less time than during the week. However, this now means all employees are able to book as little as 15minutes as holiday, when we only allow 'half a day' as minimum. To be able to restrict what the employees are able to book would be ideal.
