Managers to be able to re-open closed reviews

Managers should be able to re-open closed reviews in the employee records. Currently only admin can which is a pain when we want them to re-open them to add their mid-year review comments to the same annual review previously closed.

Report for performance reviews to be added to the Reports section with insights, graphs, or numbers of completed, incomplete etc.

Every admin user of PHR would benefit from this. It gives a visual way of reports on performance reviews

Dashboard data - leavers

Currently, if an employee resigns on the last day of the month, they will be shown as leavers for the following month on the dashboard. This creates confusion & incorrect data.
