Improve format of age data when downloading into excel as currently includes words so not ready for easy analysis in excel

I downloaded age data from PeopleHR into excel, the data included words so was not ready to be analysed via pivot in excel. This seems clunky and added more actions for me prior to being able to use the data in excel.

If you are aged 50 the data will down load as '50 Years, x Months' and not just 50.

I understand that the standard PeopleHR package does not provide summary reporting and I am ok with doing analytics within excel however the data is not being exported in an easy to use way.
