Report for performance reviews to be added to the Reports section with insights, graphs, or numbers of completed, incomplete etc.

Every admin user of PHR would benefit from this. It gives a visual way of reports on performance reviews

Describe the Challenge

Not having that consise report/feedback. Query provides to much info, not giving a good oversight.
