Ability to display holiday booked during long term sickness absence

At present you can only record either sickness or absence for a day. Staff on long-term sick leave are entitled to book leave and benefit from top-up from SSP or reduced sick pay to full salary whilst on leave. If you can only choose one or other you skew the sick records for reporting when labelling it as holiday pay, or you leave the record as sick leave but then can't show the holiday taken.
