Performance review to be open to editing after being rolled out

If someone is accidentally missed off the filtering system, you then have to make a completely new review and change the title. Ability to add people after rolling out, as well as being able to alter wording to fix mistakes would be beneficial.

Duplicate Logbooks

When a logbook request is approved and the employee is going back and edit the entry, the logbook request is going for the approval process again. This creates logbook duplications which is not ideal

Remove comment box under performance review general scoring page

Can the comment box under the scoring page in the performance review be made optional? Easiest would be a button to say enable or disable comment box. That way you can choose to only have the scoring on the main page without text.
