It would be useful to be able to save viewing filters within the company planner on an individual basis. Often people only need one or two filters - key people that are working on the same project for example. As these are not the same as the departments, this can be a lengthy filter to set up with individuals every time you look in the planner. And it would so much easier to view the people's events / holidays in calendar view per week or month rather than as a list of dates - as it does with the calendar feed to google calendar
