It is important to be able to amend / adjust leave from year to year. For example, our leave entitlements for staff were in days - I now wish to adjust into hours from April 2025. I believe that each staff members leave from previous years will now also change to hours albeit this would need to be kept for information purposes in days. This is not an efficient adjustment for People HR
