Performance review to be open to editing after being rolled out Merged

If someone is accidentally missed off the filtering system, you then have to make a completely new review and change the title. Ability to add people after rolling out, as well as being able to alter wording to fix mistakes would be beneficial.

Describe the Challenge Avoid having to set up multiple of essentially the same review if someone is missed

    It is seriously frustrating that you cannot edit a review once it's in use.
    Such a waste of admin time to create an identical review, for example because a new starter has been missed.
