There is the option to change the order of columns on the reports screen, however when this is then downloaded it reverts to a different order. Change is to have it keep the same order when the report is downloaded.

At the moment we are having to put this on a calendar reminder to add in and it seems silly.

The emploee features from the desktop version should work in the app. employees who dont have desktop cannot do their PDRs via the app.

It would be helpful to see some version of the 'planner' that is available, but a simplified and more accessible version on the analytics dashboard, as soon as you login.

This would be useful when creating logbooks where the answers need to be in a particular order and not alphabetical.
