To have the ability to change field types once created.

When creating questions in ATS or when creating logbooks, sometimes the initial field that has been selected isn't the final field required. There is no ability to switch the field from one to another, once it's created it's then greyed out. The only way to create the new field is to create a brand new entry; which then evokes a new issue because the 'name' of the question or field cannot mirror exactly if one already exists with the same name, so you have to manipulate it.

Examples may be needing to change from Text Field to Text Box or Dropdown to Multiple Choice etc.
