Our previous system had a very useful feature whereby it would flag up when someone had clocked in later than their working pattern/shift pattern or clocked out earlier than their working pattern. It would be extremely useful if PeopleHR had some way of doing this too. It has unfortunately for us become a manual process since we moved to PeopleHR.

Excellent idea - we also have various timesheet patterns that seem to fall out of the scope of what People HR can handle, and there is no way of knowing any exceptions, or even late notifications, since only the raw data seems to be captured to timesheets from clocking terminals, that then require manual changes.

I also raised an idea for this. Would be good to get them merged together as it's obviously something customers want.
