It came in our ISO security meeting that we do not want to be responsible for some information that staff may add into PHR directly and therefore it would be helpful if you could remove or blank out these fields.

When someone is running late, the last thing we have time to do is log on to desktop and record this. It would be SO useful for managers and individuals to be able to track this easily. Also, option to add a reason would be a bonus!

In our annual report and other MI reporting, we are asked to report on the avg LOS. We currently have to run the report then manually work it out.

There is no category for Applause so I have included in Admin. There is currently a character limit when sharing a shoutout in Applause which restricts how much feedback employees are able to share.
