Currently, all leave events within the Company Planner (see screenshot) are categorised under the "Holiday" filter, including working events such as "Working From Home." This categorisation is problematic because holidays and other leave events, like dentist visits, should not be classified the same way as working from home. This misclassification limits our visibility on available resources, making it difficult to plan and authorise leave effectively. Even if these events are not filtered, they should not appear on the planner as someone not working. At the moment, the planner accurately reflects people in the office, which isn't particularly useful. The calendar feed has filter options, so why not the company planner? Please review this issue to improve our resource management.
