Department at a point in time to appear on reports
When looking at backdated headcount reports, it shows the department an employee currently works in and not the department they worked in at the time, which means you can't get the correct headcount per department.

We would be more efficient in our support to our organisation if we could switch to view with different permissions. This could either be 'view as _specific name_' or generally as a manager or employee.

The status of 360 requests to be searchable through Queries, to enable monitoring of responses.
Making the status of 360 requests searchable through a Query would allow managers to monitor responses and chase non-responders. This would allow Performance Reviews to be completed in a reasonable timeframe.

Return to work interview questions to be customed not set by the system
Return to work questions are not relevant to each sickness and the company therefore the admins should be able to change it accordingly to the particular sickness and/or the company. Those questions, set via the peopleHR are not great.

Make admin the only users who can delete documents and logbook entries
Currently if a document is uploaded to an employee's profile or a logbook is added this can easily be deleted. This doesn't serve any real purpose if employees can delete their own records so easily.
