Able to book 0.75 day of sick

Can book 0.75 days in other events and holiday but not on sick. 0.25 and 0.5 days available as an option to book but not 0.75 days.

Managers should be able to select wether sickness is paid/Unpaid

At present only admin can select wether an employees sickness is paid or unpaid as an option when adding sickness in the planner. Managers should be responsible for this.

Annual leave gets amended when reason for leaving is changed

Once I have actioned the leaver wizard for an employee, I sometimes get asked to amend the leave reason. This is so frustrating because running the leaver wizard again (the person hasnt yet left) messes up the annaual leave left. I dont udnerstand...

I would like L&D/H&S manager to add documents to an employees file without viewing other confidential documents

It would be really good if we could give restricted admin access to L&D/H&S managers to upload training certificates to an employees file without them being able to view all the employees confidential documents.
