I would like L&D/H&S manager to add documents to an employees file without viewing other confidential documents

It would be really good if we could give restricted admin access to L&D/H&S managers to upload training certificates to an employees file without them being able to view all the employees confidential documents.

Describe the Challenge

This will allow HR to delegate responsibilities to other departments, therefore reducing the amount of Admin work for HR
