Managers should be able to select wether sickness is paid/Unpaid

At present only admin can select wether an employees sickness is paid or unpaid as an option when adding sickness in the planner. Managers should be responsible for this.

    Came here to add this. I need to produce metrics of paid or unpaid sick leave, would make more sense if the managers could mark this as currently need to update in comments as default is unpaid. Managers mark the planner AND make the decision over payment, therefore they should be able to update
