We have a holiday rule which after 3 years length of service, you receive 3 extra days the next year.
However, if you have met LOS rule before then, this is pro-rated depending on your start date. Currently in People HR, on the date which they will receive the extra 1 or 2 days - we have to manually add this in on their start date.
The idea would be that you can add in holiday entitlement to be actioned for a date in the future without having to set diary invites in my calendar to then action on the day.
This would also be useful for booking other leave such as additional paternity leave.

this would be useful if it was able to pro-rata the entitlement. E.g if an employee gets their 3 day LOS half way through the year it would give them an additional 1.5days on their anniversary date.
