Currently, employees on fixed term contracts have their annual leave calculated until the end of the year, like all employees. We have to manually change this by calculating their AL to their end date. If not, they would believe they have more AL ...

Instead of arranging/listing employees by First Name, it may be better to arrange them by Surname, as some people have 'known as' names, or use their middle name etc.

Currently there is no mechanism to do this. I've been advised other users are looking for the same thing and encouraged to put this here.

If an employee completes 5 years of service in May 2025, I have to update their holiday allowance manually to add the Prorated holiday for the remainder of 2025. This creates additional admin that I was hoping People HR would be able to reduce!

The majority of our workforce are paid hourly, so their salary is set up as such. However, the absence report only works for annual. If you are given the option of hourly, weekly, monthly, annual pay then reports should be able to reflect this.
