When creating or copying in text into documents in PeopleHR, it would be helpful to have the option to have continuous bullet point numbering for example. At the moment if you copy text in, it changes all the formats of the bullet points ie letters change to numbers etc it is near on impossible to get change and so a lot of work has to be done to create the document in the way you want it to appear. This is especially relevant when adding company policies to the database. At the moment there is no easy way to format line spacing, change the format of bullet points (unless you want a * or a number). Its very frustrating to have retype large chunks of text so that it appears correctly and is not appropriate or professional looking to just attach PDFs.
