Candidate's personal emails are used within the ATS (as work emails don't yet exist). When moving a candidate to the new starter stage in the ATS pipeline, it would make more sense for the email address to populate the email field on the new starter's 'Contacts' tab (ie personal email) and not the email field on the 'Personal' tab as this triggers system emails, including the invite to create their new account.

Agree with this, we use Company email addresses that IT set up and via SSO avoiding any errors and maintaining cyber security - be good to hold email address for reference but leave the personal tab email blank until we are happy to add once full profile set up has been completed as not everything transfers from ATS and we update additional fields under employee record once hired.
