• When a new hire attempts to sign documents there are 2 options given “Review” & “Sign” is there any option for a “Review & Sign” option (so that it pushes the new hire to scroll/read through the document before they can sign?)

Give an employee access to a single query (spreadsheet)

It would be beneficial to be able to give an employee access to a single query under Edit Access Rights so they can view data as and when required. Hotsheets should work for this but the API keys break all the time so it is unreliable.
