Employee needed to book 3.5 days unpaid leave and the end of a period of annual leave. In order to do this they had to book 3 days and then a separate half day, which meant two approvals.

And also additional to above, would be useful to be able to book half days in same way you can with Holidays. i.e. choose 'less than a day' and you have allowance for AM or PM. rather than having to switch to hours and enter specific hours. obviously understand that is likely useful to some others however in other instances to work the same way as Holidays would be less confusing, so to have additional option to book as a half day AM or PM would be useful.
