While it makes sense for employees with a start and leave date to be included in reporting, deleted profiles should not be retrieved by the system. A deleted profile is, by definition, removed from records, and including it in analytics creates misleading reports.
Deleted profiles still appear in headcount, and new hire reports
Yes agree, very dissapointing. Dashboard and analysis data should not include someone you purposely delete.
Be better to have option to add Test employee with optional, include in Queries, Analysyis etc or not tick Box field.
I have been creating and deleting test employees and just found out they are included in analytics which now skews our data too. Another glitch with PeopleHR which is disappointing.
Agreed! This skews the data we produce in the new Analytics tab as we often create a new udder for testing and then delete them afterwards.
There should be an option to make an employee a "Testing Employee" so only admins have access to them and they aren't then included in analytics/org chart for example.
