Employees should be able to be added or removed from a review once it's live - there is a tick box which says 'Select this option if this is an on-going performance review that you would like to assign on a case-by-case basis' but it doesn't allow the review to be assigned to anyone else!!

We also have a problem if someone goes on maternity leave we would like to remove them from a live process but can't and it means that when looking at the performance stats they aren't right. Also we need to be able to export the performance stats - you can't run a query on people who haven't started a review they have been allocated and you can't export the stats where this does show!
