Company Planner - Extended filtering

Is there a way to add the Company filter at the start of the company planner at the start so it is first filer by company, then location, then department like what is listed in the personal fields.

Timesheet Date

On the second page showing timesheet detail show the date the timesheet has been created for and not just the date requested. Very confusing for Managers currently to only see the date requested when they go to the approve/decline detail page
