Add profile pics of employees

PeopleHR used to display employee pics in the organisation charts. However, lately it was removed. Kindly see attached. Please help to rectify this situation so that the employee pictures can be displayed again.

Add planner to Outlook Calendar

I understand that the Planner can be downloaded into Outlook, however it opens as a new calendar, which does not allow for notifications.

Thanks notifications sent to all employees

When an employee received a thanks, currently they are the only ones who receive notifications of this. I would like all employees to see the Thanks. I know they can see it if they go loking for it but a notification would be better

We have a lot of staff on no working patterns who only work shifts of less 7.5 hours is there any way that the default can be deactivated in any way or is there another way round the manager having to go in and alter amounts as this is quite onerous.

This would save some time for managers having to adjust time taken in leave
